ようこそ、「バイブルリンク~クリックすれば、そこにイエスさま」へ! 神さまのことばをも っと学ぼうと、この本を手にして頂き、とてもうれしく思います。

この学びがたくさんの方に役立つようにと願っています。最初はクリスチャンになりたての方 がキリストの弟子として成長できるように英語で書かれたのですが、日本語でも皆さんにも学 んでいただけるように、また英語学習にも役立つようにとバイリンガルにしました。クリスチ ャンにもそうでない人にも、聖書の理解を深めるためにこの学び用いて頂けます。
また、友だち同士やグループでこの学びをやり終えた人が、今度は別の人たちと、この本を使 って学べるようにという願いもあります。クリスチャン同士が助け合い、それぞれの信仰が深 まり、福音が広がっていくためにこの学びが役に立ちますように!
この学びをとおして、旧約聖書から新約聖書まで、一貫した聖書のテーマはイエスさまだと分 かるようになるでしょう。神さまとの関係の中で生きるように造られた人たちが、神さまから 離れて罪に落ちるのを何度も見ていきます。旧約聖書では、「人々を救い出す」という神さま の性格が、何度も出てきます。神さまの神聖さ、忠実さ、そして深い愛を、イスラエルの人々 の歴史をとおして見ることができます。その歴史をたどるにつれて、やがてやって来る救い主 イエスさまの手がかりが織り込まれているのに気付くでしょう。聖書のどこを クリックし ても、イエスさまにつながるのです。

この学びから、みなさんが神さまの性格を知ることができるようにと祈ります。その愛は大き く、わたしたちを救い出す計画は途中でダメになったりしません。

This study was written in a way that we hoped would be useful for many. At first it was created in English for a discipleship study for young believers. Then we made it bilingual so it could be used to teach Japanese people in our ministry who often also want to study or improve their English. It has been used to deepen the understanding of the Bible in both believers and unbelievers, although it was written with new believers in mind.

Also, the idea was that one could sit down and go through this Bible study with a friend or group and then they could take this Bible study and do the same with others. Through this process Christians help each other to grow in faith and spread the Gospel! I pray this Bible study could be used in that way!

This Bible study will help you see how Jesus is the main theme throughout the Bible, from the Old Testament and all through the New Testament. You can see over and over again men and women God created to be in relationship with him fall away from him into sin. Over and over again in the Old Testament God gives us a picture of his rescuing character. God shows us his holiness, faithfulness, and deep love for us through the history of the Israelite people. As we watch their history unfold, we see foreshadowing of the coming of a Savior, Jesus, woven into the text. Click anywhere in the Bible and you’ll find Jesus!

Our prayer is that through this study you will see the character of God! His love for us is great, and his plan to rescue us will not be derailed!
